Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS / Email / WhatsApp.
Tracking updates are controlled by the courier partner.

Once shipped, address changes are not possible. Any re-delivery or return-to-origin costs will be borne by the customer.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Yes, we accept returns or exchanges subject to eligibility and approval.
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
Eligible items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Have all original tags and packaging intact
- Pass internal quality inspection
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
- Items purchased on sale or special discounts
- Accessories / innerwear
- Customized or altered products
